Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 23 May 2026

The short version

14-day free trial up front. No credit card needed to start the trial. If you decide Cue isn't for you within 7 days of your first paid charge, email hello@cue.app and we'll refund that month, no questions asked.

1. Free trial

Cue starts every new user on a 14-day free trial. The trial requires no payment. At the end of 14 days, the app moves to read-only mode unless you subscribe.

2. First paid charge — 7-day refund window

3. Cancellation (any time after that)

4. Annual plans

We don't currently offer annual plans. If we add them in the future, refund terms for annual plans will be: pro-rated refund for unused months minus a 20% admin fee, refundable within 30 days of payment.

5. Disputed charges

If you spot a charge you don't recognize, email us first — we'll investigate and refund if it's an error. Chargebacks should be a last resort; we always refund legitimate disputes ourselves faster than your bank can.

6. Free trial abuse

If we detect a single user creating multiple accounts to extend the free trial repeatedly, we may suspend access. Each customer gets one trial.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, UPI mandate revoked), we'll retry once and then move the subscription to "paused." You won't be billed; the app moves to read-only. Re-subscribe any time to restore access.

8. Refund processing

All refunds are issued by Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record). Refunds appear on the same payment method you used to pay. Typical processing time:
